What Evolve does
Connect
We bring together people, places and partnerships to create opportunities for Ballarat's creative community.
Enable
We activate spaces, support collaboration and reduce barriers that prevent creativity from flourishing.
Strengthen
We invest in the long-term relationships and creative infrastructure that will shape Ballarat's future.
Ballarat Evolve was founded to address commercial vacancy by connecting artists with underutilised buildings, transforming empty spaces into places of creativity, connection and cultural activity. This "Matchmaking" model demonstrated how creative activation could revitalise precincts, strengthen community connections and showcase the value of Ballarat's creative sector.
