Refunds will only be issued for items that are deemed faulty. If a product is found to be faulty and no replacement is available, a full refund will be provided.

3. Conditions for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

- Faulty Items: The item must be faulty. A faulty item is one that:

- Does not match the description provided;

- Is not fit for the purpose intended.

- 14-Day Period: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.

- No Replacement Available: If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

3. Return the Item: If your refund request is approved, return the faulty item to The Unicorn, 131 Sturt Street Ballarat Central VIC 3350 at a pre-arranged time. Ballarat Evolve is not responsible for any costs encountered during the return of the item.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 30 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Exclusions

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind or if the item has been damaged after purchase.
